§ 2-2. Council procedure at regular meetings.

The city council shall from time to time establish procedures that outline the order of business at regular meetings and the procedures for placing and removing various items from the regular meeting agenda. Said procedures shall be adopted by resolution approved by a simple majority of the full city council.
