§ 2-31. Board of health.

Latest version.

The board of health, as provided by Charter, shall be composed of the health officer, the chief of the police department and the chief of the fire department. The health officer shall be appointed annually by the council and shall be a person duly licensed to practice medicine in the State of Minnesota.
