§ 3-21. Sewage rates.

(a)

Rates. All sewer users as defined by section 3-20 of the City Code shall pay according to the following rates:

•

$4.00 minimum charge for first 2,000 gallons or less.

•

$1.30 per 1,000 gallons, for each additional 1,000 gallons.

(b)

Amendment of rates. The above described rates can be changed by council resolution.
