§ 6-60. Snowplowers.
(a)
Definition. For purposes of this section, the term "snowplower" means a person who by means of a motor vehicle, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, heavy equipment, or other mechanized, operator-ridden, vehicle plows or removes snow for a consideration.
(b)
License required. It is unlawful for any person to operate or carry on the business of a snowplower without first having obtained a license therefor from the city.
(c)
License fee. The annual fee for a snowplower license shall be $15.00 per applicant, provided that such fee may be amended by resolution of the council.
(d)
Insurance required. Proof of liability insurance shall be filed with each application for a snowplower's license.
