§ 7-21. Limiting time of railway-street crossing obstruction.

It is a misdemeanor for any person operating or in charge of a railroad train, car, engine, or other railroad equipment, or combination of such equipment, to permit the same to be parked or left standing upon any street crossing so as to close such crossing to vehicular traffic for a longer period than five minutes.
