Each motor vehicle, truck, motorcycle, snowmobile or all-terrain vehicle must have a muffler that complies with the original manufacturer's design specifications. No person shall use a muffler, cutout, bypass, straight pipe, or similar device on a motor vehicle, truck, motorcycle, snowmobile, or all-terrain vehicle.
