§ 9-28. Courtesy parking.

The council is hereby authorized, by resolution, to waive hours of parking limitations herein stated upon an application duly filed on any day and to any particular group; provided, that members of such group shall have displayed in their motor vehicles a "courtesy parking" sticker, card or other similar designation.
