§ 9-40. Parking fines.

Any violations of parking limitations shall be punished by a fine as prescribed by council resolution and if said fine is not paid within the time and manner prescribed by council resolution then the failure to pay the prescribed fine within such limitations shall constitute a misdemeanor as otherwise provided in section 9-99.
