§ 9-8. Streets without curb.

Upon streets not having a curb each vehicle shall be stopped or parked parallel and in the direction of normal traffic flow as far to the right as practicable, except no vehicle can stop, park, or operate on any part of city right-of-way which is designed for water drainage.
