§ 138. Oath of Office.

Latest version.

Every elected or appointed officer of the city shall before entering upon the duties of his/her office take and subscribe to an oath of office and file the same with the City Administrator in substantially the following form:

"I, _______, do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States and of the State of Minnesota, and faithfully and to the best of my ability discharge the duties of _______, in and for the City of International Falls during my continuance in office."
